Vivian Champaigne, President of the Board

Vivian works with Camellia Home Health and Hospice and has been involved with Sav-a-Life since inception.  Vivian is a graduate of Leadership Gulf Coast and is a member and attends Cedar Lake Methodist Church, Biloxi MS.

Stephen Reck, Treasurer of the Board

Stephen is the Agency Manager for First American Title Insurance Company in Gulfport since 1999. He’s a graduate of Biloxi High School, MS Gulf Coast Community College and the University of Southern Mississippi. He and his wife, Stephanie, reside in Biloxi, where they are active members of New Life Family Church and Stephen serves as an Elder. They have been involved with Save-A-Life since 2005.  

Dr. Tracey Graham, Secretary of the Board

Tracey has been passionate about SAL since Dec. 31st, 2008.  She remembers the moment God put saving baby’s lives on her heart!  Tracey is a retired physician, married to Dr. Eric Graham; she is a mother of four young children with another on the way.  Tracey and her family attend First Presbyterian Church Ocean Springs.

Jeramie Fortenberry, Legal Counsel for the Board

Jeramie is an attorney practicing in the area of nonprofit and exempt organization law. He has been involved with SAL for 3+ years, first as board attorney and most recently as secretary.

Pierce Blankenship, Board Member

Pierce Blankenship, age 71, has been married to his wife, Sylvia Sue for forty six years.  Both Pierce and Sue were born and raised in W.V.  They have  two children. Pierce retired from the U.S. Air Force after 26 years of service as an Air Traffic Control Officer. His B.A. degree was earned from Troy State University, Al.  His Masters degree in Public Administration was earned from the University Of Oklahoma. He is a licensed, instrument rated, commercial pilot.  He is a licensed Mississippi Real Estate  Broker.  He is also a Licensed Residential Contractor. As a member of  Biloxi First Baptist Church, Pierce  is an active deacon and has served as vice-chairman of the deacon council.  He  has chaired the church budget committee.  Teaching Sunday School  is a regular part of his church work.

 Terry Medley, Board Member

Terry has served as a jailhouse minister for eight years, is a National Guard Chaplain Assistant, has served SAL as a board member for six years, is a residential realtor and member of Temple Baptist Church. He is married with four children and holds a masters degree in business.

Pastor Jeff Ulmer, Board Member

Rev. Jeff Ulmer serves as lead pastor of New Life Family Church in Biloxi. He has been involved with SAL for over 4 years and is in his first year of serving on the board.

Ted MolesworthBoard Member

Ted serves as a Code Enforcement Officer with the Department of Urban Development in the City of Gulfport.  He is a member of Long Beach Baptist, sings in the choir and serves as a Sunday School teacher.

Dr. Charles Robinson serves as volunteer Medical Director.
